e-Qual ensures full service continuity for all customers. Today’s e-Qual implemented organization meets the demands of the Government concerning teleworking. Also we keep non-stop physical presence at our helpdesk SOC (Services Operation Center). This has been working perfectly well for now 10 days.

A crisis unit has been established in order to take every day all appropriate actions.

We maintain our strong orders for desinfection (upon each operator new shift and washing hands every hour) and orders to respect barrier of distance between people.
